Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AerialBid, operated by DerMar Consulting Group LLC (dba ForgeWorks). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

AerialBid is a tool for contractors that measures driveways, lots, and roofs from satellite/aerial imagery, applies your pricing to produce estimates, and generates branded quotes your customers can review and accept online.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate, and enable two-factor authentication for added protection. You must be at least 18 years old to use AerialBid.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn’t yours, disrupt the service, scrape or resell imagery in violation of the map provider’s terms, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Measurements and estimates

AerialBid’s measurements are derived from aerial imagery and are approximations intended to help you scope and price work. They are not a substitute for on-site verification or a professional survey. You are responsible for the accuracy of the rates, quantities, and quotes you send to your customers, and for the contractual relationship with those customers.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DerMar Consulting Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses resulting from reliance on measurements or estimates.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
